HI i am back after a long while.. better late then ever.. Anyway like to share my experience in Kormangala Chung-wah.. its a very famous restaurant for Chnease food.. and really the food was very good but i cant say the same for the service.. Because its a saterday and a very rush day normally for even the worst restaurant in bangalore.. i went with my wife so it hurt me more.. The person who was suppose to take order came to me and ask for the order. I was asking him about some dishes and he is explaining me and also busy in answer some other hotel staff .. so it was almost impossible to understand then i asked him you please complete your work and then you come to me for order...
A polite sentence hurt him so much that he started argueing with me .. and in between my wife also told something and then he started argueing with my wife, which trigger my anger and then i told i dont want to talk to you and you please ask your manager to meet me.. i will speak to him then i will give order... And you wont believe till last words even he didnt thought of saying sorry to me.. thats the standard of today's service in hotels. .
And now start the reall story... The manager never comes to me.. and the kind of service i got afterwords you can not believe.. for sometime i thought that i should not argue with them even though that guy misbehave.. i return from that place after 2 hours.. nobody from the service team was listening.. thats the standard over here..
These kind of things are common in bangalore specially on weekends.. its not only happening in Chung-wah its happening everywhere.. just becoz we r not giving importance to the service for which we are paying 12.5% of the total bill amount. . we young people are the major group which are goin to hotels.. my request is please demand the service we deserve.. and through this non-sense people frm the service industry..
catch you with some other experience... till then ... CHEERS...
